How long does the flu last?
I am an adult and I do not think I have had the flu since I was a child. Does it last for a shorter time when you are an adult? How many days is it typical to miss work? I feel so bad for calling off (I NEVER do) but I have a fever and feel horrible whenever I get out of bed. What kind of symptoms are typical?

Hun we are in the same boat. I have it too. I have a fever, sore throat, runny nose, headache, and crazy body chills. and I overall just feel like poo. They say it's supposed to go away within 5-7 days but hopefully with a lot of water and rest we can cut it down! feel better.
PS: try Theraflu. It's really helped me!

no count number if this is real Flu, an quite long term, consistent with threat countless Weeks, a lot of human beings verify with Colds as Flu, they are actually not. in my opinion, many of the indicators From any an infection Are because of an Immune reaction.

Your highest peak is the first two days and then it gradual lessens. Sometimes up to a week. You are the most contagious the first two days because of the fever. DRINK PLENTY of fluids and take tylenol for fever.

Depends on many things
Drink alot of water
Rest as much as you can
Those will help you get over it quickly
