can we run at 100 km.per hour with out tiring in the near future?

    run? no. The current record speed of a human is not even half that amount, and there are very few animals that can do so. Unless there is a sudden cataclysmic gene mutation as observed in needless, or X-Men, such a thing would not be possible in the near future.
