Open Source Software PHP for Photo Stock?
I need a website template that allows me to edit and change my site online, post new photos that people can pay for via PayPal and download and I have to be able to give others there own page were they can do the same under my domain. Basically the photo stock sites you see around were you pay monthly to post and people pay to download the pictures. It has to automatically watermark the photos as well as have a login sign up page, and if possible I want it to collect 10% royalties off whatever the photographer or artist gets paid to go to my pay pal account... Demanding aren't I? Lol anyway if you can understand my bad grammar and know of something like this that's preferably open source lemme know!!! Thanks

Unfortunately what you're asking is fairly custom so finding something that is turn key will be difficult if even possible. You could have someone build it but it's going to cost you. You could possibly build it yourself? I would build it for you just because it would be an interesting project but I'm booked for at least 2 more weeks.
The cost would be determined by your contract. Check around and remember to get several estimates. Also get references and ask to view some of their work. Make sure you get a contract. There are several sites out there where you can bid the job out.

not sure approximately Flash and Dreamweaver, yet GIMP is probable the suitable open source alternative application you will discover for replicating Photoshop. rather efficient from what I hear.
