Concerning the vowels, a, e, i, o, u; how do I pronounce each one with a grave symbol above it as seen in the scottish-gaelic language?

That's 'Agrave' and one would have to speak that language to know.It is very hard to learn.

If you can read phonic notation you should be albe to look it up in a Scots dictionary. I know there is one for Welsh on the Welsh national website. Looking stuff opens many doors in addition to the one that you are trying to answer and you learn a lot that way.

It's pronounced 'grah-ve' as in gravel but with a longer stress on the 'ah'.
Its French by the way, not Scottish.

Grave? do you mean groove? Look up translate.google.com, type in a translatable word with that accent, then listen to it.
