Which food is better? Is it Thai food, Japanese, or Vietnamese?

I have trouble deciding which Asian food is better. Maybe the votes could help me choose. I like Japanese food because they have sushi and soy sauce with the orange egg pearls and all that delicious added ingredient to the sushi. I like Vietnamese food because their soups are so craving with the eggrolls. I like Thai food because the spices get me going for more. I'd say that best foods are Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese. Which one should be the winner that gets my taste buds rockin?

Update:

Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese food are the only ethnic foods that stand out to me. All the other Asian foods are no better than these to me.

Update 2:

I'm planning on going to an Asian buffet and I need your help to decide.

    I'm mostly fond of Japanese because of variety: there's super-savory, bland blends, sweet somethings, spicy serves... plus Japanese food is said to be the healthiest of all options in the world.

    Thai is great too. They're more on the thick, savory and spicy side.

    Vietnamese I'm not sure.

    Try Filipino, although most is Spanish-derived:

    Sisig, laing, kare-kare, chicken-pork adobo (no, it's not a hybrid animal...), chicken inasal, lechon, halo-halo...etc....

    despite you like extra effective. you may ought to attempt all of them, and interior of that diverse dishes, to get a stable opinion on what you like. concepts from close pals ought to help too. in my opinion, i like chinese language broccoli and eggrolls, eastern sushi, and Vietnamese soup.
