I'm about to start a new job?

I have recently applied for a job that is about an hour and a bit away from my home. I have to catch the train at 6:30 and I won't be getting home untill 6:30. It is my dream job and I have to be on my feet practically all day? I need some tips on how to be happy and quirky all day not tired and run down? Is there any good foods/supplements I can take too boost me up in the morning as I don't drink coffee or tea.

Also what type of shoes are best when on your feet all day 5-6 days a week?

Ok, You want to be quirky and happy but you don't drink coffee? OK! I have the SAME problem, Eat Carrots and Bananas and Apples before bed each night and have one of those fruit in the morning. TRUST ME! You wake up so happy you never expected it! And wedges are the best shoes, there comfy! (also put foot cream before you put your shoes on, so it can be nice and creamy at first)

Caffeine plain and simple. If you don't do coffee or tea, think about 5 hour energy or Red Bull, or Soda.

Make sure to get protein in the mornings, and to try and think of the train as "me time," I know that's a tall order, but maybe podcasts could help.
