tell them how dangerous hammers are, then wack them with a sledgehammer till they die. for a tutorial, watch 3 guys one hammer

Do you know anything about children? If you did, you'd know that 1 and 4 are so different developmentally that there would be NO WAY one lesson could cover the entire range.
That being said, if you google DTLK, it has really good preschool crafts, papers, and activities.
