Liberals, why don't you ever worry about balancing a budget?

To answer your question, you have to understand some things.

1. The Congress (House+Senate) have full control over the budget AND the tax rates.

2. The president may submit budgets, but the congress can ignore them completely.

3. The money that the congress sets for the president to spend, by law, has to be spent. EX. If the congress says "you have to spend 4 trillion dollars this year" the president is, by law, required to spend that 4 trillion.

4. The republicans control the congress right now. How is it the liberals fault when the republicans control the congress.

In conclusion, the president has little to no control in the budget, the congress is controlled by conservatives, and what you said in your question makes no sense. Please respond.

Bill Clinton was the last president to balance the budget. Just in case you forgot he was and is a Democrat. George W. Bush lied the country into two wars, cut taxes for the ultra wealthy for 10 years and the war debt was not put on the government books until President Obama took office. So, how worried were the conservatives while George went ot of control on a Chinese credit card?

Not my top priority but I am all for it. End all tax cuts for incomes over $1 million and corporations that export jobs, end corporate welfare and the "wars". Close most if not all of our bases in foreign countries especially GITMO which is within the combat radius of modern aircraft, not to mention cruise missiles. You cut about $600 billion off the budget right there. Connies don't like this plan, because it does not screw the poorest among us.

We do and unlike the Cons we can do the whole equation so we know that have to concurrently cut spending and increase revenue at the same time in order to balance a budget .

Jeez How come you guys don't know that that's exactly what American families are doing when they have garage sales and get second jobs in order to make ends meet ?

I love how the libs try and blame that on republicans, in the house. HARRY REID IS THE ONLY REASON WE DON"T HAVE A BALANCED BUDGET. I know it is a lot for a liberal to use their brain, but you would at least think that something would be absorbed through their knuckles as they drag the ground.

I feel like it's not entirely their fault. The issue is that both parties are completely unwilling to compromise, so nobody can pass a budget. Which is ridiculous, because these congressman are paid alot for their work, and they're not doing their jobs >.>

Liberals are the only ones that seem to. Rush Limbaugh and his stooges don't want to cut spending and don't want to raise taxes. How does that work? And, as everybody but Conservatives seem to know, the biggest increases in the National Debt occurred under Reagan and Bush. Obviously Conservatives don't care.
