Season 4 prison break?

huge spoiler season 4 was by far the worse season of the series. that is even if you include the writer's strike shorten 3rd season. they should have stuck to their original plan and stopped after two season. sorry had to get that off my chest.

basic plot points of the season SPOILERS INCLUDED:

Sarah is not dead. she had escaped and Gretchen/Susan B., had used another head hoping that Lincoln would not take a closer look. her Michael, and Lincoln reunite, and then team up with a Homeland security agent who wants to bring down the company. (so he claims)

between seasons T-Bag sets fire to Sona, believing that the guards could not catch them all. Sucre, Bellick team up come to LA, and reunite with the others and agree to help take the company down. T-Bag also makes it to LA claiming he wants to help but he has is own agenda.

the company's head is revealed to be a retired General Krantz (the man who would write on a pad when talking to Agent Kim).

Scoffield, and his team try to bring down the company by obtaining something called Scylla. after a series of daring raids they get Scylla and turn it over to Paul Kellerman who it turns out is in fact alive. he then uses it to bring down the company.

T-Bag ends up back in prison. Lincoln get exexoneratedor his crimes. in the epilogue see that Michael had died (it is not explained until the film the Final Break on DVD!) but Sarah had had his child.
