What happens if you eat Tuna all the time?

Cuz im a Maldivian and maldivians eat tuna like ALL the time! Tuna soup, tuna curry, Tuna noodles, salads etc . Even when they eat other meat food, they always add some kind of tuna to them. Is this healthy? I mean i've heard its good for ur hair and skin and all but is it okay to be eaten just all the time? We eat tuna for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The only thing to really worry about it is mercury levels. Mercury poisining does happen when too much tuna is consumed depending on where the tuna lived. I was told by my professor something to the effect of "make sure the company harvests their tuna from a variety of locations and you should be okay." Unfortuneatly I don't know the website that lets you go about figuring that out.

The mercury aside, tuna is a nutritional wonder! Almost not any fat, nearly all protein, and very low in calories! If it were not for the mercury, I'd eat it all the time (and used to)!

talk to a doctor before starting any kind of diet or workout program.
