Where can I find someone to talk to?

I feel so depressed sometimes, well most of the time, and I have no friends. I can't go out because I have no friends. I sit in every night of the week. I have no social life, and just need a friend. Who can I talk to, where can I find them?:(

There's also http://www.samaritans.org/ where you phone them up and talk.

http://www.childline.org.uk/Pages/Home.aspx for kids and teenagers, I think there's an online chat thing where you can talk to a counsellor.

Make online friends! 
Not like total random strangers OMG just go on twitter and make an accounts based on your interest (if u like 1D make a one direction account idk)
