Get properly fitted for a pair of figure skates at a specialty ice skate pro shop, usually at or near the ice rink. Check with an instructor at the ice rink, they can give you some recommendations of skate shops.

There are places online, like usaskates.com, but you'll be guessing at a size, not preferred, but if you have no alternative you can call them and see if they'll work with you to get the correct size.

Also not recommended is buying a pair of men's figure skates at a Walmart or general sporting goods store, the skates they have are poor quality and the support breaks down rapidly, not to mention they have a poor selection, if any, of men's figure skates. Hockey skates abound.

At a pro shop attached to a rink, usually.
