how do i get my puppy to behave during baths?
She doesnt mind sitting in the bathtub but as soon as o pour water on her she whines and tries to jump out i am careful not to make the water too hot or cold and i pour the water gently ive let her smell it before too.

When she is sitting nice in the tub, reward her with a treat and let her know that you like that behvior and ignore the bad behavior but as soon as she is calm again, give her another treat. Keep repeating that and let he know that she is a good girl. :) Hopefully she will start enjoying her baths knowing that she gets a nice treat.

the same exact thing happens with my little girl, and i just grab her firmly and gently by the neck without hurting her and i talk and whisper to her to calm her down. when you see your girl's eyes bug out,(like mines) she is terrified, so start talking in a calm voice and she wil hopefully calm down enough tho finish the shower. hope this helps! ;)
