The Radeon HD 7770 is the better card between those two. The GeForce GTX 650 (non-Ti) is closer in performance to the Radeon HD 7750.

However, if you can spend $140 the GeForce GTX 650 Ti beats the Radeon HD 7770.

The Radeon HD 7850 is more expensive, about $170 for 1GB models.
