Is my baby teething question?
My baby is nearly 6 mths old and has been dribbling like crazy, gnawing on all his toys, when I have him on my lap he sucks up and down my arm, and he's been irritable and waking in the night occasionally screaming. I can't see any teeth or white buds forming, and I don't want to give him pain killers unless he is definitely teething. Are these all signs of teething, any advice or suggestions would be really helpful!
One worried new Mumma.

Yes most likely teething. "Use cold baby toys" they sell special teething toys you put in the fridge it helps. Also i only gave Tylenol when he had a fever, they get that sometimes with teething diarrhea aswell. Also gripe water helps teething as well and it's all natural. I personally liked mothers bliss name brand. Good luck! I remember my son was very agitated when a new tooth was coming it.

maybe -treat any pain, wash all hands well, use the bulb syringe with saline drops to keep babe's nose clean, give him plenty of water in his cup, use a dry bib over his clothing, and follow up with the pediatrician.
