what happens to my craftsman warranty if sears was to ever go bankrupt?

say sears has a really bad year and they lose alot of money and they go bankrupt and shut down all there stores how will i get my lifetime warranty on all my broken hand tools?

    Which is why I have mostly Snap-on, but some Cornwell, Matco, GearWrench, and Blue Point tools as well.
