It means that the web site had a problem. There's nothing wrong with your computer, and nothing you can do to fix it.
Let me try to explain exactly what the problem is. So, the computer needs to work on a lot of different things all at once. But it can only do one thing at a time. So it keeps a stack of what it's working on and what it needs to do (you can think of it like a stack of papers- each one with a task and how far into the task it was when it switched to doing something else). But this stack can only hold so many tasks before the computer runs out of room. The "stack overflow" error means that the computer ran out of room on the stack so it couldn't add "get Arlene this webpage" to its list of tasks.

We're you doing any sort of programming? What (multiple) software(s) did you have open at the time? This is usually a memory error caused by a variable in software code not being cleared from memory (lazy programming). Just reboot your system & all should be well.
