Is this healthy? (Subway)?
Every time I go to Subway, I get this: Oven roasted chicken with white cheddar, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, and cucumbers with flatbread. I always get the 6 in. I also get baked Lays original and water. Is this healthy or no?

No bread. No cheese. Here's what I would suggest:
Chicken salad with double chicken (I don't know the fat content of the chicken so maybe even suggesting that is pushing it, but if you must eat at subway this is what I suggest). Load with as many vegetables as you like. No cheese. Only red wine vinaigrette. Then you should be alright, at least for subway.
talk to a doctor before starting any kind of diet or workout program.
EDIT: skip the chips too. I will say they are going to be better for you baked than normal chips, but that doesn't make them great for you.

it depends how many times you eat the sandwich, if you eat it once a week then this will be fine but if you eat it every day then soon you will gain weight as it is flat bread still is the same as having bread apart from it is lighter when it comes to eating it, you willl find that it is high in carbs and will be much harder to burn off especially depending on what time you eat it.
However if you exercise regular then it is healthy, the crisps you eat with it are not the best either! The only thing that you mentioned healthy is water, you need to drink plenty of water daily!
Maybe consider trying the subway salads, it comes in a large bowl and you can fill it up with plenty of salad and still have your chicken with cheddar, cucumber and tomatoes with pickles.
I used to eat subways and it gained my weight, if i go there now i would only have a tuna salad!

I think you should get whole-honey bread instead of flat bread, or no bread at all. But if you get whole-wheat or honey bread then it'll be much healthier. If you take out the bread all together, you get a nice meal, too! Put some sauce on it to make it a delicious chicken salad.
No chips. Greasy and fattening and the opposite of healthy.
But, yeah, you're good to go.

Why would you devour any type of a sub sandwich and assume it to be a healthful meal? The only "healthy" phase is the lean meat and the veggies, no longer the bread flour (entire grains are not a lot entire grains, only some nuggets of entire grain sprinkled via white bread), processed cheeses or deli meats. P.C. Your lunch and eat healthy food. Stay out of the speedy food joints.

Potato chips aren't healthy even if you bake them. The sandwich is enough. Maybe get a side salad if it's not enough to satiate your hunger.
