I am trying to buy a beanie from ebay but paypal has my account limited i am only 15 so it want me to have an photo id and a proof of residence but it wouldn't let me pick the address so now its sending it to my uncle address and he wont be there till april can i make a new account with the same card

Children are prohibited from using both eBay and Paypal. Now that eBay is aware that you are a child, and behaving like a child breaking the rules, your eBay account will be suspended as well.
