Maryland. My family has lived here for five generations, and never saw reason to leave. It's called "America in Miniature" for a reason. We have mountains, oceans, farmland, woodlands, immigrants from around the world, and some of the nation's greatest educational, medical and cultural venues. And we sure love our sports teams--GO RAVENS!!!

Well, I already live in one of those... but if I didn't, and if I had to choose from one, I'd go with Virginia, somewhere along the coast would be great. And Vermont is in New England, silly.
