How long will ambassador thomas be in office ?

The sooner he is gone the better. He is irrational, self centered and seems to think that he is the king of the Philippines. Is it a coincidence that he was appointed to the office ? Or was it because he is a blackman the same as Obama that put him there .As I understand the philippine people hate him ? I guess Obama couldnt put him anywhere else so he sent him to the philippines to dissrupt the lives of the poor people there.. The sooner hes out of office the better.
