You use a triangle file. lock the saw against a bench with a clamp and board. You sharpen the teeth facing away from you then turn the saw around and sharpen the rest. make sure you don't change the pitch of the teeth as you sharpen them.
BTW: It's a long job about 2 hours and most craftsman drop their saws off to be sharpened. Most mom and pop hardware stores provide the service.

You can do so with a small file. One tooth at a time. It'll go faster than you think.
Depending on the saw, it may not warrant the hardwork.

in spite of the fact that if that's a around observed blade, take it to a expert, yet, besides, in my shop, there's a grinding device that works immediately and it rotates the blade simply by fact the grinding wheel (made out of diamond) strikes returned and forth, polishing each teeth of the blade. besides, you may desire to tell what form of observed you're speaking approximately! solid success!!

Use a file and do one tooth at a time making sure the tooth is also at the correct angle.
