Dead Space 3 how come?
There is a problem, my head lights for the helmet are not on, how do i turn it on? In the first 4 missions the headlights were on and some light came off the helmet and lit up places but now after mission 5 or so, the lights don't show the way anymore?
Is this just part of the game or?

In the second game, the "headlights" came on only in specific areas, and only for a very short while. I thought they had fixed that in this game, since at the beginning, the helmet lighting is on display for an extended period. It seems like they made the same mistake as previously, and scripted that part of the game.
It's disappointing, really. Were they ignorant enough to think that one more light source was too much to handle? That would be incorrect, naturally, especially on the PC (which is what I'm playing it on).
Although I would like to get a definitive answer from someone who actually knows what they're talking about, I'm almost certain we'll only attract the attention of uninformed players who are simply guessing. In that case, I can give you my educated hypothesis:
it's scripted, there's nothing you can do about it.
