Skyrim would have been my first recommendation, but since you've already played that... A lot of MMORPGs have many of the same features you were looking for. If you want to give one a try without spending money, I'd recommend Lord of the Rings: Online. If you're willing to buy one, go for Guild Wars 2. Its free to play after you purchase the game.
Final Fantasy XIV probably has the best graphics of any MMORPG out right now, but its $13 a month to play and you have to buy the game (though you may be able to get it cheap right now before the re-launch happens).
All of those games have weapon/armor crafting.
