I get stressed easily and i need some tips?
Hey guys. I am in school as of now, and I get stressed out pretty easily. Right now, I'm not too stressed, and I'm actually in a pretty good mood. But, I do get stressed occasionally, and i was wondering, (so next time im under stress), if there are any things I can do that aren't to time consuming to relive stress. Don't tell me to take a nap, or watch a movie, because I am looking for something fairly quick and stress relieving (in between the time I am studying.)

Music is always a favourite.
Unfortunately not quite what you're looking for, but when I was at Uni and getting stressed with work (not a very common thing with me, luckily), I put it away and wandered off for a cup of tea. Ignore the work for half an hour or so, enjoy a cuppa, have a chat.
Outside of Uni, I always made sure I had time for a pint with a mate, regardless of my workload. Got to take time for the simple things that make life less stressed. Damn, it worked.
There is no "10 second cure" if that's what you're looking for.
