Something is wrong with my tendon under my knee cap?

Every year or so sometimes once every 3 years the tendon behind my left knee shifts left and I cannot straiten my leg. It hurts really bad. If I try to straiten my leg it seems like the tendon is stretching way to much and it's honestly the worst pain I have experienced. How i fix it is I move my leg slowly left or right and it pops back where the tendon normally is and the pain is gone almost right away. I was just wondering why it does this and how I can fix this permanently. It's honestly the worst pain.

Hi Alex, This is seems like joint problem. Your bones are not fitting well in their places. You need to visit to orthopedic doctor and find out why.
