Is this enough for a minecraft server?

Hey guys,

Me and my friend are starting up a minecraft server, and we were wondering if what we have is enough. We are looking to have 64 slots.

Processor: Dual Core Pentinum

RAM: 1.2GB

Internet Connection: 15MB/s (soon to be 60MB/s)

RAIDed Hard Disks: 320MB/s

Is that fast enough? I know the ram is letting it down but will this run ok?

You say you want the server to be 64 slots, so I'm assuming that you want it to be a public server. I'm dubious that your computer will be able to handle running a public server with 64 slots, but it couldn't hurt to try. If that doesn't work, try running a local Hamachi server, that is much lower maintenance.
