    Chymotrypsin preferentially cleaves peptide amide bonds where the carboxyl side of the amide bond is a tyrosine, tryptophan, or phenylalanine. This means that the the Phe-Lys bond will be broken leading to the following fragments:

    Ser-Ala-Phe and Lys-Pro
