ask around, print out some fliers, find some other musicians, preferably a drummer, or bassist, you have to love the same type of music and be able to take criticism from each other then have a few jam sessions and go out and have some fun, now you either have a musical buddy or a new group of friends, u can either settle on a trio band or a duet, or recruit some more people

Find other instrument players and make sure you are all able to take criticism from each other and make sure you agree on the same style of music
