Because the fact of the person falling is easily established. Your fluoride claims are not proven, so you cannot win a case. On the contrary, many lawyers would love to fight for you. All you need to do is find the money to pay them for their time.

No, what you mean is not one attorney wants to pursue your case on a contingency fee basis because its not a winner. A lawyer will take the case, but you need to pay them up front. You just want a free lawyer.
Flouride is not poison and there is no real science that indicates that the amount used in city water is dangerous to people.
