Any idea what this means? i got this in the mail and yeah...?

It means you live in the state of California, and are being charged with Penal Code 1465.

At the top it will say something like "You were cited for the following violations"

At the bottom it will give both citation and agency, and total bail.

If you send them the bail, they will consider you guilty and keep the cash, and you will get points on your license.

If you don't you will have to appear.

If you do neither they will issue a warrant for your arrest.

You are in some sort of trouble and you need to contact the court clerk that issued the notice to get clarification.
