check the plug it can be cracked or the electrode is closed on it,also check the plug wire to see if the connector on the inside of the boot is still in and not bent or missing.. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

did you check the compression in that cylinder ? does it have coils over plugs ? if so change coils and see if it changes >> good luck
