easy 4 ingredient vanilla cupcakes:

ingredients: 3/4 cup self-raising flour ,1 cup condensed milk, 1 egg, 1/3 cup butter, softened

directions:preheat oven to 360 degrees, sift flour into a bowl, add remaining ingredients and beat for 2 mins ( or until fluffy) , line cupcake tins, bake 12 mins or until golden brown

variations: vanilla add 1tsp vanilla, chocolate chip add 1/2 cup choc chip, chocolate add 2tbsp cocoa powder, lemon add the finely grated zest of one lemon or expermint by adding dried fruits, nuts or spices

pink frosing 1

1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

3 egg whites

1 c. sugar

3 tbsp. water

1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Few drops of red food color

Combine marshmallow cream, egg whites, sugar, water and cream of tartar in top of double boiler. Mix, then beat with rotary beater over boiling water until mixture forms soft peaks. Add vanilla and food color to pale pink. Frosts 1 (10 inch) tube cake or two 9 inch layers

pink frosting 2 mix 4 cups icing sugar 1/2 cup butter. 1/2 cup shortening 3 tbsp milk, 1tsp vanilla pink food colouring or red if you cant find pink
