A lot of countries are based on Christian ideals, and these have lingering influences. For example, bars closed on Sundays. According to the Christians, swearing is a sin (blasphemy).

Aside from it being rude and disrespectful there is no reason what so ever, for a child to curse.

It's very disrespectful. Using profanity is a way to express hate. I know a. S. s. means donkey, and s. h. I. t. Is fecies but it is very disrespectful
