How to attach a 'SINGLE COMMENT' to a Row in MS Excel ?

Update:

Let me make the question more clear .

see: http://gyazo.com/3b19d41e1ac66cf216a83bfba881ab1e.

Remember - the problem is to attach 'A SINGLE COMMENT' to a row / column.

Update 3:

@ Angie: Single comments, yes; but it should be attached to a group of cells.

Update 4:

@ Joey: It is different situation. The comment should be visible when the cursor is

moved in ANY CELL in the shaded area.

sure avip, its a simple copy & paste

    you want to paste special>comments.

i am goingt o guess you know how to copy&paste, but heres a quick click by click anyway

    - copy A1

    - select A2 to A7

    - right click on your selection

    - click Paste Special...

    - click Comments

    - click ok

you can copy a blank cell, and paste special>comments over a range to delete all the comments.

pay close attention to your options in the paste special... box....they are VERY useful for future reference.

let me know how that works

The little red triangle in the cell corner, right?

You could apply that same comment across all the cells.

You could merge the row, making it one cell. But then that loses organization.

How you want to do it, I don't think you can.
