Rossetti sounds the nicest and is the most obviously Italian to me.
Be careful if you choose Parisi, though; some people might mistake it for being French since it looks so similar to the town of Paris, France.
Here are some surnames from my fiancé's highly Italian family:
• Montanari
• Benedetti
• Leone
• Bianco
• Fontana
• Barone
• Giuliani
• Sorrentino
• Bianchi
• Valentini
• Gabbana
• Caruso
• Esposito
• Pignatelli
• D'Angelo
• Frassetti
• Pagano
• Fiore
• Russo
• Cardella
Hope this helps! :)
