Skyrim the dying of old age myth?

Hey, am slightly concerned about this so called rumour. I want it confirmed and what exactly happens.

I am playing skyrim on the pc version with all the latest DLCs in, I am not sure what age I am but lets say I've played alot of it.

What happens if you die of old age? Do you still get your equips? / can you make a new char / rebirth or something?

    it's a rumour that you you will die due to aging oblivion has the only aging factor and that's when you made your char a slider for your age was there

    Aging was never implemented in any TES games. You don't even age.
