Simple Answer because they make lots of money off people playing on there sites !
It's a Business that is good to get into if you have the money because people are always going to want to gamble for the forseeable Future

Loads of them are the same operators under different names. So if you sign up with say Sun Bingo, you'll be playing people who signed up with Foxy Bingo and tons of others. I've never played myself, it seems boring.

Because a lot of people like bingo. They also make A LOT of money cause so many people are playing.
