If you don't already, try using a setting powder! The Neutrogena Shine Control Powder in "Invisible" works really well for me and I have extremely oily skin! If that doesn't help, try switching your foundation! I use the Revlon 12 hour ColorStay in Oily/Combination and that stuff stays on ALL day with the slightest bit of oil peeking through around the 7th hour I wear it which surprises me because usually it'd be after an hour with my old foundation that I'd start seeing oil! I feel your pain! I live in Florida also, Tampa & It's soooo hot! We barely are having a winter -_- lol but go to sephora & get a finishing spray to spray on your face to set your makeup, also get some clean and clean oil sheets, they'll gently remove sweat as well without taking off your makup

I don't have any make up suggestions but you can use oil absorbing sheets too to help keep the sweat and oil off your face as the day goes by

Primer, Loose powder and setting spray and waterproof makeup

Put on a light powder covering after putting it on to kind of seal the makeup , or if that doesn't work and you really need it to stay on hairspray !! I know it's crazy but it works ...

Waterproof is a good idea, but also use a base coat so it doesn't smudge or rub off. :)
