THAT'S HORRIBLE!!! That is basically animal cruelity. It's not healthy to feed a dog just raw meat; they need other nutrients to stay healthy. Keeping her in the bathroom? That's not healthy either. Dogs need to be able to run around and be active, not kept in an inclosed area all of their lives. Putting weights on her isn't solving anything either. If I were you I'd either tell your friend the wrongs of this or report them to the police. But before you do that make sure they're not joking- though that is NOT a good thing to be joking about!

Long: Yes, its a very bad idea. In fact its probably bordering on cruelty - I would certainly think about making an anonymous phonecall to the RSPCA.

Especially since it sound like she's going to be used for gangs or dogfighting (putting weight on her and feeding meat would build up muscle, and keeping her confined could foster aggression). Plus, owning an unregistered pitbull, or not having the correct license to own one is illegal in some places (England/Wales for example) as they are classed as a dangerous breed.

Very bad idea, dogs need to run around and need a bit of variety in their diet (dry dog food as well as meat). Plus the weights idea is cruel. I would strongly advise your friend against this if he wants the dog to have a happy life.

Yes it will make her mean and get slapped with animal cruelty with a fine if not jail time depending on the cercumstance.
