What's wrong with my knees?
I am 25. I started having knee pain 3 years ago. Running and walking do not make it hurt at all, but doing squats and lunges do. I workout 4 days a week. The pain comes and goes sometimes. It gets so bad, if I squat down, it's really hard to get back up. I can't keep my legs bent for very long or they burn and cramp. I have been on an anti-inflammatory medication for 2 months. T started out working great, but the past 3 weeks have been awful. It's pointless to take it cuz it doesn't work. The doctor seemed like he had no idea and said it was prolly my tendon. It's affecting my everyday life and I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
I also from time to time have pain in both my wrists, and my left shoulder. And at the moment, my left hip is in pain and I just have to keep stretching. I have mild psoriasis on my scalp, so a friend thought maybe its psoriatic arthritis, but is 25 too young?

You might have osteoarthritis; I have it and I'm 24. Make sure you don't have hypermobility syndrome aggravating anything. 25 I'm afraid, is not too young, so get tested.
