does anyone know how many a4 pieces of paper you can get from a 20ft tall and 2 ft wide tree?

or is it impossible to know the exact number?

    Figure 700 sheets per cubic foot. You can calculate this by weight, figuring on a 50% yield of paper from the equivalent weight of pine. A cord of yellow pine weighs 2610 pounds. A ream of copy or printer paper weighs about 5 pounds. A cord is 128 cubic feet, or 20 pounds per cubic foot of pine. This makes 10 pounds of paper per cubic foot. That's two reams, or 1,000 sheets. Discount that value to allow for poor estimating, and a conservative value is 700 sheets per cubic foot.
