Can law help the paying guest?

consider,

a person is living as a paying guest and paying for it at regular intervals.

Then,can the house owner shunt him out,when ever he wish to?

Is there any law that could help paying guest regarding his rights?

    No !!

    House owner has to respect the contract he has entered with the PG unless he has strong reasons to cancel the agreement/ contract. For that also, owner has to send notice to the tenant/PG.

    You cannot throw anybody out of your house according to your whims and fancies once he has entered into a legal contract with you.

    Yes, you can terminate the Rental Agreement if there are no clause signed about termination of the Rental Agreement. As an owner of the property you can give any reason for terminating him.
