driving without learners?
I have passed both drug & alcohol and Written exam. I took the test online the website that i got off the DVM site. I have the drug & alcohol certificate and the papers that show that i passed. It just my mom works two jobs and doesn't drive. So my moms old friend of over 20 years daughter is teaching me. and she can only take me on Saturdays. Will this be a big deal, will we get in trouble?
Plus we only drive in unbusy neighborhoods and parking lots. We wont go out on highways or main streets.
I know its wrong without the actual permit. But i it a big deal, or no?
My mom HAS to be there for consent. Im under 18. Im only 17. Plus my mom works two jobs, she works 7 days a week from 6 am and doesn't get home till around 11 pm. That is why we are doing this. Trust my i do want to go up to the DMV and get the permit. But i cant not without a parent or legal guardians consent

It might not be such a big deal at the moment. But if you get caught, you can actually get a fine, insurance goes up (Goes on your record, and your insurance will pretty much pernamently increase on prices) and you might have have your learners permit privilege suspended when you get it.
I understand your viewpoint, but actually you can go and get your learners permit with anyone (Above 21, and will provide financial liability for you) So you can go with your mom's friend. Then after you passed the test, then you have to start driving with your mom.
Good Luck.

NEVER EVER EVER DO THAT. YOU NEED AN ACTUAL PERMIT! I never took a drug and alcohol test...? And if you have the written exam done, then shouldn't you have gotten the permit already? I'm confused. You need to have your Mom's friend's daughter to drive you to the office and get you your actual permit, THEN she can take you out driving. Then it'll be legal! Cops are everywhere, even unbusy neighborhoods and parking lots.
