Does anyone know what book can help me with my problem?
Ok, so my problem is that I love cooking but I am not the best at it. Does anyone happen to know a book that can tell me the uses of all kinds of ingredients. For example, if I wanted to know what kinds of uses mustard can be used for, I know it is an agent that binds oil and water together or what kinds of uses is garlic used for? I really need this. Even if tou gave me a website I can use to find out these kinds of things that would be great!!!

Any Food reference guide will tell you that. You can find any number of them at your local Barnes and Noble bookstore. The bigger B&N bookstores sometimes have a great selection of international/domestic food ingredient reference books as well.
