What can I so to further enhance my knowledge of cooking?

I love cooking and I'm not able to attend any classes right now. Does anyone know of a website that can teach me how to cook really well?

    Hulu has lots of videos on cooking. So does the Foodnetwork.com site.

    Cookbooks are a great teacher as well. But cooking, like anything else, practice makes perfect. Try things, experiment with things, tastes and flavors. Keep trying new things to determine what you like and don't like.
