looking for an oil based glow in dark medium?
working on a painting and would like my back ground to glow in the dark , not looking for colors that glow but rather a medium that can be added to existing colors or mediums to make them glow

I don't think that you can get the medium but you can get clear paint that will glow a certain color or white. The way it works that after receiving light for so many hours it will glow for so many hours.
