PLEASE ANSWER WHY DIDNT HE CALL ME?

I went up to him and I told him if i didn't do this now i would regret it and i said " i find you really attractive and i think we should talk sometime. but he couldn't take my number because he was on the job so basically i said im going to accidental drop my number and your going to accidental pick it up as i left i watched him pick up the number. lets be clear i see him around all the time and he always stares... so i thought maybe he might be interested. its been 2 weeks and he hasn't called. my friends say i should try again because he might have lost it. i see him almost everyday and he hasn't asked for it. i dont want to give up because theres something about him that draws me towards him.
