Find something that makes you happy. And don't worry about what anyone else thinks and stop thinking your life is so Bad. Of course if we sit and think all day about all the negative things in our lives its going to make us depressed. Remember the lust for life or things that used to make you happy or give you a reason to get up in the morning? Find those things again. Break the chains dude. Do what you want, move away, start over, find something and stop worrying about the past or the future and start living in the present. Don't think about doing something or making a change either. You gotta do it. Sounds like you have already given up and if that's the case then nobody here or anywhere or any doctor or any friends or family can help you anyways. You gotta decide if your gonna throw in the towel and Pusey out or are you gonna fight and make a change. Its all up to you. And yes it really is that easy.

Totally disabled? Then apply to Social Security for Disability. They may turn you down the first time, so apply again a few weeks later. They will give you the amount you would normally have received at 65.

Apply to Dept of Human Service for welfare. They will give you money, pay for education if you want it,

They will also give you free medical and dental.

Go to a dr, tell him everything and ask for anti-depressants. There is no reason to struggle with this.

If your state has Vocational Rehab, they might even buy you a scooter or Hoveround thing or wheel chair...whatever you need. And maybe a car/van that is handicap capable, whatever you call it.

You have a computer, you can type and you have your vision. Rejoice. Many people don't even have that.

Go to www.pogo.com and pass the time playing games while keeping your mind alert.

I'm handicapped too (deaf, deformed spine) and I love Scrabble, Upwords, Word Wackdown, Canasta, Qwerty...

Get a pet; it's supposed to help.

    Make friends online.

    Take some courses online

    Learn a new language

Get those plug in things and speakers so you can listen to music. O how I'd love to hear music!

But meds can do only so much. God is the ONLY one who knows what you’re thinking, how you’ve struggled and what you’re going thru. He loves you passionately and wants to be your BFF. He has a super-deluxe custom-made plan for your life that’s beyond anything you ever dreamed of. BUT He waits for us to ask. Invite Him into your heart, ask Him to take over your life and your problems. Find a big, happy church and join some groups. The really big churches have handicap vans and will come to get you. God loves you more than you can possibly imagine :)

Learn new things, small at first to give u a sense of achievement.. And find online communities so u feel supported and not alone. Look up art therapy, channelling the negativity in ur life into something creative helps ur brain process ur thoughts and gives u an outlet for u feelings and helps with depression; even if ur not good at art... Doodling is a good technique as it brings ur mind into the present instead of dwelling on ur problems; it sounds simple but try it, it can have a real positive effect on ur thoughts. Become involved in other online communities u wouldnt normally be interested in. Good luck

I know that most people say this but it does get better, maybe try to meet new people just like you. Try to have someone in your family to talk to, also studies show that having some kind of animal around is good for happiness. It does get better.
