Wheat grass drinkers, I need your advice, I accidentally ate it WHOLE and now....?

Well I only did this once, and what I did ( bc I didnt know any better that youre only supposed to drink the juice) was I put half a handful of wheat grass blades in the blender with apple juice and banana, and drank it whole. I didnt find out til after that , that youre only supposed to drink the juice. So now I feel constipated and have slight cramp in my right intestine. Since the grass is indigestible, wouldnt it just pass through me??????
